  • Does jewelry items get delivered in a jewelry box?
    We will pack it without gift box by default, if you need one, you can order it on our website.
  • Can I insert an image in my personalization?
    Image personalization is not available for all products. Please refer to the individual products to determine whether or not you can use an image in your personalization. Images should be high resolution and provided in JPG, PNG or PDF formats.
  • I made a mistake in my personalisation?
    If you want to change something on the personalization of you order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period there will be 50% restocking fee charged to change the order after 12 hours. Send us a message via the chat on this website or email us at orders@yooniquegifts.com with a message requesting the specifications of the change.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    You can pay via credit or debit card during checkout.
  • Can I cancel and order?
    If you want to cancel your order you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. There would be 50% restocking fee if you want to cancel the order after 12 hours. To cancel your order, please contact us by sending us Email to orders@yooniquegifts.com.
